Mar 26 2005 - Results for the Atlantic Indoor Champion
Results for the Atlantic Indoor Championships are now available here. Mike Jacobs of the Motley Crew established a new NB Provincial Indoor Record in the bantam boy's 800m with a time of 2:18.47. This breaks a 30 year old record held by Michel Poulin of Edmunston who ran a time of 2:20.5h in 1974. Other meet highlights include new Gagetown Track records in: the women's 400m by Jenna Martin with a time of 58.67; the women's 800m by Isabelle Cormier with a time of 2:21.67; the women's triple jump by Sara Miller with a hop skip and jump of 10.72m; and the men's 400m by Geoff Harris with a time of 51.29s. As well, there is a possible Nova Scotia Indoor Record in the junior mens 4x200 by the Tiger Track Club.

Mar 12 2005 - Mike LeBlanc is at it again! He broke hi
Mike LeBlanc is at it again! He broke his own NB Indoor Junior and Senior Men's 60m records not once but twice enroute to a third place finish in the Nike Indoor National Scholastic Championships in Washington DC. In the semifinal he ran a 6.85 and then ran a 6.84 in the finals to take another .04 seconds off his existing records.

Chris Brannon has set a new NB Indoor Record in the Junior Men's 5000m with a time of 16:12.22 surpassing the previous record of 16:27.18 set by Michel Boudreau in 1995. Chris ran the 5000m event at the New York Armory as part of the US National Scholastic Championships.
