There will also be a NCCP Level 3 course in the throws offered, and coaches will have the option of taking part in this as a non-certification course as well. The weekend will close out with a throws-only competition to give the athletes a chance to put into use the skills they have developed over the weekend. Athletes will be able to register for either basic or advanced level sessions. The basic level sessions are intended for young and inexperienced throwers, and the advanced level sessions are intended for older and more experienced throwers.
