- Won four national age-class championships and established four Canadian records in high jump
- Represented Canada at the 1963 Pan- American Games in Sao Paulo, Brazil, finishing 5th in the high jump competition
- Won the first Canadian indoor high jump championship in 1964
- Led the St. Stephen High School basketball team to five consecutive NBIAA championships (1960-64)
- Starred for the UNB women's basketball team (1964-68), leading team to four Maritime titles
- Led all scorers with 81 points as UNB won the Eastern Canadian universities tournament in 1966
- Represented NB in the first-ever Canada Winter Games in 1967
- Named as an alternate to the Canadian basketball team for the 1967 Pan-American Games
- UNB's female athlete of the year in 1968
