- Won high jump and long jump at Eastern Canadian Track and Field Championships in 1965 and the triple jump and long jump in '66
- Placed first in triple jump and second in long jump at the Canadian Track and Field Championships and British Empire Games Trials in 1966
- Won triple and long jumps at Oregon State International Championships in 1966
- Placed first in triple and long jumps at Pan-American Trials in 1967
- Placed first in triple and long jumps at the Canadian Olympic Trials in 1968
- Inducted into the New Brunswick Sports Hall of Fame in 1974
